Often, an organization doesn't have the capacity to dedicate the time necessary to Salesforce administration. It may be on a job description, but it can quickly fall to the end, or off, of their to-do list.
To fill this gap, we provide different tiers of Salesforce Administration services on an ongoing basis. Not only does this ensure continuity when there are changes in staff, but it allows you to feel confident your Salesforce instance is receiving the care and attention it needs.
What is all this Salesforce administration, you ask? Think of Salesforce as a car, and administration as everything to keep the car running well - checking/changing the oil, checking the belts, rotating tires, washing, etc.
Following are our monthly administration service levels and prices. We have set these prices with the small nonprofit budget in mind. With any of these levels of service - you can choose how hands on (or hands off) you'd like to be. We can teach you how to do things on your own, or you can lean on us for your Salesforce administration needs.
LOTS OF SUPPORT
Recommended for organizations with a highly-customized Salesforce org and/or no internal Salesforce administrator

ADD-ONS
Automatic address verification for US addresses. Organizations using the Nonprofit Success Pack and the Household Account Model can get access to automated address verification, which cleans/formats the address, for an additional $15 per month (limit of 1,000 verifications/month).
Returned mail, donations, address updates, attendance records, the list goes on. We can help with adding that information you’ve had trouble finding time to add to Salesforce.
Data Entry is available to Salesforce Administration customers for $30 per hour.
Dealing with a pile of duplicate records, or a lot of dirty data? We can clean that up for you – merging duplicates and improving the quality of your Salesforce org with clean, correct information.
Data Cleanup is available to Salesforce Administration customers for $35 per hour. This can be applied as needed, or you can specify a specific number of data cleanup hours per month or over the term of the agreement.
Salesforce Coaching & Training
For those organizations in the exciting position of having someone with time to dedicate to Salesforce administration, we provide coaching and training services.
This can be helpful for a new admin or accidental admin, as well as for an existing/established admin who wants to learn new skills to extend Salesforce for the organization further.
Training/coaching is purchased in blocks of time, which may be used in as few or as many sessions as you want. Sessions may be provided to an individual or a group, and may be recorded for future reference.

For closed-ended projects, like a Salesforce implementation, our rate is $125 per hour, with a minimum of 6 hours. (This doesn't apply to our Salesforce Administration customers.) We are happy to offer discounts to nonprofit organizations.
